Here at Stone Valley Labs, our goal is to provide our customers with a quality, healthy Lab puppy that is not only the perfect companion, but can also excel when given a job or task to do in any situation. As a small, family-run, hobby breeder, our biggest passion is to improve the breed we love by health testing, titling our dogs, and getting involved in dog activities through our local kennel club. Currently our focus is on building our breeding program, but we are incredibly excited about what this adventure has in store for us, our dogs, and our future puppy families!
 

We strongly believe that in order to improve any breed, genetic testing and health clearances are a necessity.  Because of this, we run a full genetic panel on all of our dogs before we breed them to make sure that they will not be passing any genetic diseases onto their puppies. We also have their hips, elbows, knees, eyes, and heart evaluated according to the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) guidelines to be sure that they do not have any other health conditions that might affect their puppies.

 

We also believe that temperament is just as important as health when selecting your new companion, so we strive to produce gentle, calm, intelligent puppies by utilizing programs like Puppy Culture, Avidog, and Baxter & Bella Puppy School to prepare them to be successful for whatever their future holds.
